Not moving, not skips? Tell us how your day runs.
We build for businesses that run on jobs, the people who do them, and the money that leaks between the phone, the calendar and the invoice. Couriers, house clearance, grab and plant hire, scaffolding, landscaping, event hire, haulage: different trades, same shape. One system built around how you already work, and your team never has to type into it.
Where the margin goes
in any trade that runs on jobs
Nothing here is bad management. It is what happens when a real operation runs on a phone, a calendar and memory, whatever you sell.
Your team talks.
The system types.
Not another app for the team to ignore. A voice note is the whole interface, and one place is where the business actually lives.
“Finished at the Miller job. Took the full day, not the half, two extra loads to the tip, and photos of the fence before we started.”

While running Fractal, I spent a long stretch working alongside the founder of a moving company on how to make the operation run better, and watched the margin disappear in the gaps between the phone, the calendar and the invoice. Since then we have found the same three gaps in every business that runs on jobs. The words change from trade to trade. The leaks do not.
So we built the system that desk needed, and we build it again for each trade in its own words. Yours included.

Nothing stops, nothing migrates by hand, and it arrives working.
Fair questions
The three things owners in other trades ask on the first call.
Tell us what you run
Fifteen minutes, your numbers, no pitch. If we can’t find the leak, you have lost a coffee break.
